Witches chase triple cream brie – this signatory cheese is made by Andre Morris on Mt Tamborine from the milk of Jersey cows . It is rich, robust & full flavoured.
Kingaroy bunya black brie – made at the old butter factory in Kingaroy, this triple cream style brie hides a layer of vine ash which adds complexity to flavour. This is a rich creamy brie.
Witches chase cloth bound cheddar - this English style cheddar is handmade & aged for 12 months. It has a creamy texture with a strong bitey finish
Gallozola blue – from a family owned dairy on the Atherton tablelands, this gorgonzola style blue is made using traditional Italian methods. It is creamy with rich blue flavours
