the gunshop cafe is a home away from home for many;  a relaxed environment filled with chatter and the enticing aromas of a busy kitchen.  All our food is made with the best ingredients we can source from the markets and absolutely all our stocks and sauces are made on site.  We are fabulously suited to cater to the growing number of special dietery requirements.   

Our weekend breakfasts are notoriously busy and are best left to their own devices so no, we don’t take bookings before 1pm.  We love the buzz of a busy breakfast and make every effort to extend our hospitality to all.  We try not to turn anyone away with an empty stomach, there just may be a ten minute wait while we organize a table for you. 

Bookings for lunch and dinner are welcome.  Due to the small and busy nature of the café, once confirmed, we strongly advise you notify us of any changes to your booking time or numbers - unfortunately we cannot guarantee your table will be held for you for any longer than fifteen minutes after your booking time. 

The gunshop café is a beautiful heritage building and can be hired as a venue for private functions - best negotiated directly with Jason
